COUNTY FAIR 4-H SHOWMANSHIP AWARDS Presented annually at the Morgan County Fair   Inaugurated in 1958, our Club presented a Speech and Showmanship Award at the Morgan County Fair. Since that time Kiwanis has sponsored this award in one form or another, currently as the Showmanship Awards. They are presented to school age young people involved in the local 4-H Club who are showing livestock during Fair competitions.   The awards are presented, not to the participants who offer the best animals, but to those who do the most sterling job in presenting and showing their exhibits.   Then President Harold Woodworth honors a pair of winners from the 1984 County Fair.
