WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS POULTRY BREEDERS AWARDS Kiwanis sponsors awards for youth poultry breeders Starting in the year 2000, the Jacksonville Kiwanis Club was pleased to sponsor the awards for the West Central Illinois Poultry Breeders Show. This event featured hundreds of birds as entries from young people all across this area of the midwest. The show is staged at the Morgan County Fairgrounds every year in the fall.
