- Because of finances, several
families could not take part in a North School family portrait
program at Christmastime in 2007. Kiwanian Photographer Julie
Pahlmann, working with Young Children - Priority One Committee
Memer June Beard. arranged to provide sittings and portraits
for these families with Kiwanis picking up the expense.

- The shoot was set up in
the building which houses the Early Years Program. Photo sessions
were conducted over two days and all the slots were filled.
